Hi Charles,
I did try selecting the cell marker but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I'm not inserting autotext into a table but creating autotext within a table using the Building Blocks Add-In. It seems however, that the text will merge with the existing formatting at least where I plan to put it (even though the formatting is inconsistent if inserted elsewhere in the document) so I'm not going to worry about it further. Many thanks for the help. |
