I need a macro which gives complex text (Arabic or Hebrew) format of Latin text. Meaning font type and size.

Please note that no specified font or size. It will be great to run whatever font type or size was, as I want to use it with many documents has various formats.

What do you mean by 'Latin text'? I can't see how being complex text affects or is affected by either the font type or size. It's also not clear whether you're trying to retrieve information about the text or apply a particular format to it. Furthermore, if it's the latter, you really should be doing this by defining appropriate character Styles and applying those to the text concerned.
