Word ribbon not loading
I have a customized Word ribbon that I utilize within Word 2013. The .dotm file is saved in the following folder and works fine.
C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\START UP When I try and implement this same ribbon within Word 2007, it won't load. To implement I'm opening the .docm file and then choosing File Save As a .dotm file. This has worked in the past, but for some reason it's not working within Word 2007. Any thoughts? Suggestions?
