Change page number in header on page x of y - y has too many pages
Hello, this one is a head-scratcher for me... I want the numbering of a page to start on page 2, and put into the format of the header that numbering starts at 0 (zero). So far, so good... Page 1 doesn't have any number. However, in the following page the numbering states "Page 1 of 2", when there are no other pages in the document. For clarification, Page 0 of the document will be excluded when it is printed and distributed - it shows internal document control information that isn't pertinent to the distribution list. The problem here is that you're using a NUMPAGES field for the 'y' part instead of a SECTIONPAGES field.
