Can't use RTF Textbox in Userform (Word2007)

Hi,

I tried to use the RTF-Textbox on a Userform. But whensoever I try to drag the control to the Userform I get the Message:
The applicant is not accepted as trustworthy for this procedure.
(Sorry, I had to translate this from German)

So I can't use this control.
What is that.....? What does it mean?
