How to hide field codes from others?

Hi,

I have linked few excel cells to a word document. When Alt+F9 is pressed it shows the field codes, which also shows the path to the excel file. I need to send the word document to my customers, so i do not want them to view the path (field codes) when they press Alt + F9. Is there any way to hide them.
