Requirements from the macro:


  1. Headings in bold, Left aligned
  2. Body should be justified, Line Spacing 14pnts
  3. Heading and body should have minimum of 10pnts space
  4. Page break after the body…no paragraphs to be split

Why are you formatting with VBA instead of using styles?
If you create the styles in your template you can apply them manually or as required to the text using VBA.

It would be better for you to learn how to use & create Styles for yourself, rather than asking for someone to spoon-feed you. Especially since Styles are at the core of Word. See:
