Sort document by heading 1

I use Word 2010 and have a Word-document which is currently more than 500 pages long and contains over 400 topics. Every topic starts with a "Heading 1".



Until now, new topics were added at the end. I now want to reorganize this so that the topics are sorted alphabetically.

This can be done manually by using the "Navigation"-window where you can drag&drop the headings to the correct place. However, sorting over 400 topics manually is not that easy.

So I wonder if this can be done by using VBA.
