Hi.
I have created a word form that will be used for requesting annual leave, the fields will be completed and then emailed to a specific address, it will then have the remaining fields completed before being emailed back to the original sender. I have included two submit buttons on the form for these functions and have managed to find the code from researching various websites that attach the form to an email with the specific address and the authorise. however, i don not understand vba and need some help. when i send the form it does not save the completed fields unless i save first, is it possible to do this without saving the form as i want the original to remain blank? also is it possible to close the application on clicking the submit button so the user knows it has been sent? I then need the authoriser who has received the form and completes the remaining fields before clicking the authorise button that will then attached the completed form to an email before saving and closing the form to a specific location. I hope someone can assist. thank you in advance Im using Word 2010 32bit & Outlook 2010 |
