Default Word 2013: Building Blocks / Quick Parts - Form Question

Hello All,

I'm building a form in Word 2013. Basically, I have a question that will have a drop down answer, of "yes" or "no". Then if the answer is yes, I want to provide one set of boiler plate text.. if it is no, I want to provide another set of boiler plat text.

What is the best way to trigger that? Has anyone done something similar and have some advice? I don't want to over complicate the form.

Thanks!
