Default using Character Map

How do I include a character from the Character Map in my VBA code ?

For example, I want to use a "Full Block" with the code "U+2588:Full Block" from the Character Map in my Selection.TypeText Text:= "hello" line.

Thanks !

For me, the macro recorder returns:
Selection.InsertSymbol Font:="Garamond", CharacterNumber:=9608, Unicode:= True
(Garamond just happens to be the font I'm using)
Or you could use:
Selection.TypeText ChrW(&H2588)
