Hi,
I have put dates Aug 13 - May 14 (not sure that is correct). You then have to manually select the dates in the table to apply shading colour for each program. Kind regards Janine |

Janine,
Thank you for you response. I was hoping to create a new template that would do what the attached "word_template.zip" would do. When you open it it ask to input the current date and then it fixes the calendars to match. I'm trying to figure out how to add this to corp. engagement calendar. Thanks again, Derrick |

Hi there, that's a tall order.
The calender is not dynamic after it is created. It is based on DOCVARIABLES to enter each month's days. The progam start/end dates is just a Content Control Date Picker (manually select the date from the dropdown calendar) - once the calendar has been created it is static - you would still have to apply shading to the program dates manually it is not a dynamic template - it just builds the calendar. You would have to change the .dot - do use Word 2003 or a more recent version? I will have another look when I have a moment. Kind regards Janine |

Thanks Janine,
That sounds like what I want. The manually shading is fine. I basically just want to create a template that makes those calendars in that layout. I don't expect anyone to do the work for me. But just looking for some helpful links or information so I can learn this on my own. |
