Your previous post mentioned nothing of this kind. In any event, I fail to see how that changes anything, since you also have dropdowns and a textbox to complete before saving to PDF.

If, on the other hand, these 'run time inputs' are being inserted into the document by another process and there's nothing more to do, surely that same process can call the Save As PDF function. Getting a Word macro to call the Save As PDF function while another process has control of the document isn't possible.
