Default split word document based on bookmarks with each new document title of the bookmark

Hi all,

I would like to create a macro that would split a word document based on the bookmarks. So if I have a word document with 3 bookmarks, I would like it to split into 3 documents with the name for the document comes from the bookmark name.

I just have no clue how to pull this one of, and if some one can help in finding a solution for this, that would really be very great ;-)

Thanks in advance and greetings ;-)
