I am not sure, if I have explained it correctly due to lack of real terminology.

They are two different forms (to fill employee competence profile). One is different to other in design, and titles to text field.
From the original form, I have to take only contents of the employee and copy it into another form into respective fields.

i wish copy screenshot but cannot do it.

I want to automize the process as this had to be done (job of copying the data of employee from one format of resume to another) over and over.
