Data migration between two templates

Hello all,

how can we move the data from one existing template to other.

the original template and the target template has similar format, but different data fields and titles.

Is there any macro which already exists upon running the data from original template is moved to new one.

hope iam clearning explaning myself.

please let me know your suggestions.
