With the 'ProcessDates' sub, I didn't get an error message, but I did find that the code got stuck in a loop. That can be fixed by changing:
.Forward = True
and
.Collapse wdCollapseEnd
to:
.Forward = False
and
.Collapse wdCollapseStart

Also (unrelated), with the 'BulkFindReplace' sub, change the first:
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
to:
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
