It would be far better to collect this via a userform. For one thing - if I understand correctly - there would be a need for NEW formfields.

You do NOT want to copy existing formfields. Copied formfields do not have bookmarks, and this severely restricts the ability to get infomation fom them. If you used a userform each iteration of a group would create a new batch of fomfields.

This would also keep the original document file simple.
