Exclamation How to extract an inserted object !!

i inserted an object to a word file .. & i want to automatically extract it when this doc file open ... can any one help me ??

Why are you inserting a file if you then want to extract it everytime you open the document? What does this achieve that simply linking to the file wouldn't?
