Hi megatronixs,

If you name the range in Excel, and modify the LINK field in Word to reference the range name, then any changes to the named range in Excel will be reflected in Word.

However, if you want to add text between the Excel rows, you'd either have to do that in Excel, or have separate linked ranges - one for each set of rows.
