Please find attached Excel file and MS word file...

I have data in two columns A and B in MS excel file that will be search in attached MS word document and will be replace with color as per logic which i have written in ms word file..

I have also written some VBA code in ms word file in Module1 and module2 but that not works.... I am new in vba...

so Please look at this and create a new module with VBA code for the same and
Please attached updated word file with vba code in this forum or send it to me at krishnaoptif@gmail.com...

This is really urgent..I am waiting for your reply Pleaseeeeeeeeeee..
