Hello,

I am in charge of keeping a training manual up-to-date at work.

Frequently the documents within the manual are updated, but people forget to print the new version of the document.

Is there a way I can make Word ask if the person would like to print the document when they close the file. Just like when it asks if you want to save, I want it to ask if they want it to print.
