Why the left edge of an inserted table is out "text boundary" by default?

Please, see the attached image that shows my question

Hi Jamal,

That is done so that the text in the cell aligns with the text boundary, after allowing for the internal cell margins. If you change the internal cell margins to 0 (Table Tools > Layout > Properties > Table > Options), the edges of the table (and the text) will both align with the text boundary.
