Hi d.macf, Word uses information from the attached printer's driver about the printer's capabilities to determine the optimal page layout. Because of the different capabilities of the different printers, some noticeable changes in layout do occur from time to time. If maintaining the exact layout on a given system is important, save the file as a pdf and print from that.
