How did you create the document (eg mailings|Labels|Options > Avery 5263 > OK > New Document)?

How are you creating the 2nd page? You should be able to go to the last label cell (it's a Word table), position the incertion point at the end-of cell marker and simply hold down the tab key and Word will start adding new label cells.

Is there a paragraph break at the top of it (click the ¶ on the ribbon's home tab to toggle the formatting display on/off)? If so, delete that paragraph.
