Word 2003: how to set shading for every cell having text containing a key word?

... short of each one individually manually.



E.g. I have a column headed Day and I want each cell in it that contains Monday to be shaded blue.

First thought was Find and Replace > Format, but it lacks the Borders and Shading of Menubar > Format:



Second thought was use Menubar > Format > Borders and Shading after somehow auto-selecting the matching cells, but I find no such option.

Any ideas?

Not possible. Word has no built-in conditional formatting functionality for tables. You would need to apply the formatting manually - or you could automate it with a macro (that you would still need to run manually).
