Your document 3.docx has three tables - with different Styles - Grid Table 3 Accent 1 for the first & last and Grid Table 3 Accent 12 for the second.
I created a new document and copied & pasted your tables from 1.docx and 2.docx into it, without even leaving an empty paragraph between them. Both came across with the Grid Table 3 Accent 1 Style and merged instantly.
