I wish to start using Royal Mail services where i download a image of the label & print it off.
I have downloaded a template where i place the image within its borders but keep being told the following.
The margins of section 1 are outside the printable area of the page, do you wish to continue.



Ive supplied a screenshot.
I wish to just place the image & print with this message each time.
Please advise

All printers have a paper handling margin which is reported to Word by the print driver. The message means that the driver for your printer has reported that your printer is not capable of printing a document with such small margins.

You can either adjust the margins of the template until the error no longer appears, or simply live with the message and just click 'Yes' each time you print.

At the top of the screen I had seen width say 99.3 & height say 136 I did alter this and just looking at the screen expect to see all 4 black borders of the image label but no.
I think maybe I should wait for the labels to arrive & see after printing what’s cut off etc. does that sound a better option.

Page margins are adjusted from the Layout tab.

Change the table's wrap format to 'around' and sure it's positioning is centered vertically and horizontally on the page.

Then adjust the page margins to at least 0.25in all round.

I will need to spend some time on this tomorrow as I’ve never made / altered a temple so not even sure where things are to adjust.

Am I able to upload the template & label here for somebody to take a look at ?

The table properties are found on the Ribbon's Table Tools>Table Layout tab that appears when you click anywhere within the label table.

The margin settings are found on the Ribbon's Layout tab.

If you can't do this, post back with a copy of the document.

Morning,
I was having an issue so before i made it worse i decided to upload it here for you.

I have uploaded the following for you.

Screenshot of labels showing size i have purchased.
Label Template that i had downloaded.
The label which Royal Mail will supply each time once i have paid for the labels.

My goal is to screenshot the label unless you advise otherwise & then paste it onto the label template & print.

i did see on the Royal Mail site that once paid i was given the option on where i wanted the label to be placed on a template top left or right & bottom left or right then i suppose justy hit the print button.So my issue is im not able to just press print without this message pop up.

I opened your document attachment, but I can't see that you've done any of what I suggested.

I'm not proposing to do it all for you - you need to learn how to do such basics for yourself.

Im learning remember.
So is the attached correct.

And I told you where to find the page margin setting. In any event, you're setting the cell margins to 0.25cm, not the 0.25in page margin setting I said to use.
