Not sure if this should be an array, a graphic, a shape or whatever.
I am trying to produce an output as follows : ![]() Now to put what I need in words : -Always two columns and always one single cell in the first column. Depending on the situation, I may need two, three or four rows in the second column. -Each of the cells needs to be text-editable at will, so this is an array of texts rather than a graphic. -I need the font in the first column to be different from the font in the second column. Any help appreciated. |

Simple: Create a two-column table with however many rows you need for the second column, then merge the cells in the first column. You can choose whatever fonts you want for each column - you could even use different fonts on different rows if you wanted.
