![]() Thanks for responding, macropod. I believe the computers all default to the same common printer, but they do have different versions of Word. Why that should affect this one thing, the table margins, I suppose only Microsoft would know. |

Because different versions use different rendering engines for the page layout... It also doesn't matter that they're using the same printer if the drivers are different, which is quite possible if different OSs are in use.
