My top margin keeps changing when i put in charts and tables
Please can you help. My margins at the top of my word document are fine until i enter a table, to be able to put a chart/table into with heading and source. Then the margin at the top of the page moves.

It would be much easier to see what the issue is if you attached an extract from the actual document, instead of images in a PowerPoint presentation. That said, there's nothing I can tell from your images that have anything to do with a 'top margin'; all I can see is a table that extends into the left margin. The ruler - which you've circled - reflects that.
