I am using a Word template created by a former employee and some of the table entries have some sort of label or tag associated with them that I've never seen before. Can anyone tell me what these are called and what purpose they serve?



I apologize if these have already been discussed many times in these forums but without knowing what they're called I can't even search for information intelligently.
