Note I said generally, even my current timetable has some variation on that in October and I need something that is modifiable for print use- it has varied in the past like shorter times on some days and the periods all changed around. I guess I am going to need to use Excel unless the date can be a dynamic field that depends upon the row and column number in the main table then I can copy the whole cell and paste in many places.
