For Monday, Wednesday & Friday, you could bookmark the sub-tables for each, then insert cross-references to their bookmarks wherever you want the sub-tables replicated. Likewise for Thursday mornings (you'd need a separate sub-table for Thursday afternoons). That would leave only Tuesdays & Thursday afternoons requiring individual attention. Even then, if the times are the same, you could create one sub-table for each, which you replicate via copy/paste, then fill in only the variable details.
