Default Table, font color based on what word is in cell

Word 2010

I have a table. If user types a specific word in the cell I want the font color to change.

Simple example...if User types the word "Red" in the cell I want the font color to be red, if the word is "Green" then the text would turn green.

I have read "Microsoft Word Field Maths Tutorial" but can't seem to figure out what I need to do.

I would assume the font color would change when I hit F9 and "recalculate" field values...

thanks
