Insert an article with pictures into a table cell

I am trying to Insert an article with pictures into a table cell and the pictures keep jumping around. I have deleted and re-inserted the pix. I have inserted a text box and added the pic to the text box. The text box does the same thing.

The table is my Newsletter Format.
