How to create a table with a number of line depending a number entered by user
Hello every one,
This is my first post on this forum so I think it would be more polite to start by presenting myself a bit. I am a 23 years old student in engineering in Poland although I'm French (I fell for a Polish girl ). In my internship, I have been assigned the task to create a questionnaire. I've never done it before but I looked up some tutorial and I couldn't find one thing. In order to conduct this study, I need for instance to ask questions about people living in a house. What I would like to do is: - ask a question about how many people live in the house (done) - create a table to store information about those people. I would like this table to have a number of lines equal to the number of people in the house +1 Voilą! I hope that it's clear enough and that I'm in the good section of the forum Thank you all |

Try something based on the attached. The document has a content control into which you input the # and an on-exit macro that updates the table when you exit the control. Since I don't know what information you want to collect about each resident, I made a few guesses.

Ok thank you very much!
Do you know a website to learn how to code in VBA? I know Java so I'm not afraid of code but I would need to learn how VB language works. |

I'm not aware of any websites with comprehensive Word VBA tutorials. My own VBA skills are basically self-taught. There are, of course, plenty of books on VBA programming.
