This is my first post on this forum so I think it would be more polite to start by presenting myself a bit. I am a 23 years old student in engineering in Poland although I'm French (I fell for a Polish girl ).

In my internship, I have been assigned the task to create a questionnaire.
I've never done it before but I looked up some tutorial and I couldn't find one thing.
In order to conduct this study, I need for instance to ask questions about people living in a house.


What I would like to do is:
- ask a question about how many people live in the house (done)
- create a table to store information about those people. I would like this table to have a number of lines equal to the number of people in the house +1

Voilà!
