Chris -

The table menu is context sensitive. It only appears when your cursor is in the table. Just click one of the cells and it should appear.

Default I see the table menu with cursor in the cell but ...

I see the table menu with cursor in the cell but I still can figure out how to remove the unwanted space on the first page.
