In a word, no. You could, however, merge the cells concerned so that you automatically have the extra space you might require.

Ah okay. The reason for using numerous cells is because I am creating a form that will be filled out by hand as well as on a computer/tablet.
I have used the cells to make dotted lines for the form to be filled out by hand. Can you think of any other solutions?
