It's not at all clear what you're trying to achieve.

Where are these letters? All I can see is A-E in boxes under 'Severity' and the A-E in the footer table, at the start of each line under 'Probablility'.

So you want the cell next to 'Reporter assessment S+PxD' to display, say, B10?
