Hi Prakash,

If rotating the textbox doesn't do what you need, see: https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...html#post54386
Do note the restrictions on the kinds of table the macro can process. You will need to set row heights to 'exact' and unmerge any merged cells before running the macro, but the only thing you might need to do afterwards is to re-merge the cells you had to unmerge.

Default Will give it a go

Thanks Paul for your help again.

I will give this a go but I spent my entire day today, turning the tables to portrait. They look ok. Right now, I just have to finish this thesis.

If the tables and diagrams look ok as they are, then fine. I have only seven in all.
So all fine.

But I will come back to this once this is all done. I will head to uni's IT service and pay them a visit about this too. If I get any other info, I will let you know.

Cheers -

Prakash
