Default table text overlap

hi ! i am using ms office 2007 ver. 12 and i would like to ask something regarding table text overlap with ms word.

by default, when you write a long text inside a cell, when the text reaches the length of the cell, it automatically jumps to the next line, not to the next row.

what i would like to accomplish is i would like to write text and overlap that text to the next row as you can see in the image below.

i have tried to experiment with different functions ... but this ain't my niche.

thank you very much in advance !!!
