Okay. I found out how it happened. Your tables have their text direction as "right to left" instead of "Left to Right". This property can be set in the Table Properties dialog box. Select the entire table, and right-click. Click on the Table Properties... short-cut menu which opens the Table Properties Dialog Box. Under the Table tab, at the bottom, it says "Table Direction". Here you can choose Right to Left or Left to Right. In your tables, Right to Left was selected.

The bad news is, if you change the direction to Left to Right, it also transposes the contents of the table. So, perhaps doing this will not help you. You may have to write a macro to do this change if you have many tables to change, or perhaps something can be done by transferring the table contents to Excel and tweaking it there. I am not familiar with Excel so much, but it is a very flexible program, and you can practically do anything with the tables in that program. Perhaps some other reader of this forum will be able to suggest a solution.
