This may help you solve your problem.
1. Select the entire table. When you do this a new tab will pop up on the ribbon which says Table Tools. Under that there are two tabs: " Design" and "Layout". Click on Layout tab
2. Go to Convert to Text. In the dialog box that opens up, choose Paragraph marks under "Separate Texts with" and click OK.
3. All the text in the table will be converted into different lines of text.
4. Select the word/sentence you want to delete and delete it.
5. Select all the remaining text.
6. Go to Insert, click on Table, and choose "Convert Text to Table
7. In the dialog box that opens up, set the Number of Columns as 2 and choose Paragraphs under "Separate Text At". Click OK

It will convert all text into table with the sequence of words the way you want it.
