Thank you for the nudge to change my profile, it's been a long time since I've been here.
My original post here is correct; W10 MSO 2019. This is a new ASUS laptop as of March 15-22 and a new install of Ofice 2019. As noted I reinstalled both, to no avail and also installed Office 2016. No change.
