whyisntitsimple is on a distinguished road

Could it be an SMB 1.0 issue? W7 and W10 machines upgraded from W7 will have SMB 1.0 loaded and running, new build W10 machines will need it turning on in 'Add Remove Windows components'. I've seen similar viability/ invisibility issues like this recently.
