Click Win+X in the start menu and select "Control Panel" in the menu that appears. Select "System and Security" -> "Administrative Tools" -> "Services" in the button control or on the panel. Find the "Select "Stop" button in the service management window, then change "Manual" to "Enable", apply, confirm and restart the computer at last.
