How Do I Stop Microsoft Office Changing The Start Menu When It Updates?

Every time Microsoft updates itself, it adds back shortcuts to the different MS Office programs in the suite at "base level" (i.e. "Programs") that I have moved to a folder on Start Menu\Programs\... where I actually want them.

How do I stop this behaviour?
