Is it the PC, the monitor, or the operator?
There is a challenge with my system. It does not matter what is showing on the desktop it is blurred. Web page, Word document, photo, anything and everything. Think of a comet moving across the sky with the tail following it from the rear and moving to the left. What caused it, can it be fixed and can someone help me? Thank you. Carl
Disregard this post as just as the blurring suddenly appeared it has now disappeared. I have no idea what happened & it is one of life's mysteries. Have a great day. Carl Last edited by CarlT; 04-10-2014 at 02:37 PM. |

This may be a software or hardware issue.
The first thing to check is your display settings - that they match your monitor's resolution and colour-depth. If those are correct, there may yet be a fault with the display driver software. To resolve any issues on that front, download and install the latest driver from the maker's website. If the above steps don't return your display's performance to normal, it may indeed be a hardware issue, in which case you'll need a PC Technician to test and, perhaps, replace the video card.
